Our Certified Recovery Peer Support Specialists are trained, certified professionals with lived experience in mental health and substance use recovery. They use their personal journeys to build trust, provide encouragement, and guide others toward sustainable recovery and wellness.
Peer Support Specialists engage in a wide range of activities including mentoring, resource navigation, accompaniment to appointments, wellness coaching, and community integration support.
As a Recovery Community Organization, Assist2Success LLC serves as a central hub for individuals and families in the recovery community. We provide a safe, welcoming, non-clinical space where people can access support, build community, and find the resources needed to thrive.
RCOs play a critical role by connecting individuals to peer networks, advocacy efforts, and recovery-oriented services β while working to reduce stigma and discrimination across the community.
Assist2Success LLC distributes free NARCAN (naloxone) nasal spray to community members, families, and first responders. Naloxone is a life-saving medication that can reverse an opioid overdose in minutes. We also provide free overdose prevention training β no appointment necessary, walk-ins welcome.
SOAR is a collaborative initiative that helps individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness β who also have mental illness, medical impairments, or co-occurring substance use disorders β apply for and obtain SSI and SSDI benefits. Our SOAR-trained case managers guide clients through the entire application process, helping them overcome barriers to accessing benefits that provide financial stability and healthcare coverage.
The PATH program provides federally-funded services to help individuals experiencing homelessness β particularly those with serious mental illness or co-occurring substance use disorders β find and maintain stable housing while addressing the root causes of homelessness. Our PATH team conducts street outreach, connects individuals to emergency services, and works within the Continuum of Care framework.
Assist2Success LLC helps clients understand and access public benefits programs that meet their basic needs β including food assistance (SNAP/food stamps), Medicaid, housing programs, and utility assistance. Our staff provides hands-on help with applications, documentation, and eligibility determination.
We are fierce advocates for the people we serve. Our team stands up for clients in healthcare systems, housing disputes, legal proceedings, and benefits appeals β ensuring every person receives the fair treatment they deserve. We also engage in systems-level advocacy, working with policymakers and community organizations to push for equitable, recovery-affirming policies.
Our life skills programming equips individuals with the practical tools and knowledge needed to live independently and thrive. From financial literacy to parenting skills, our workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions address real-world challenges that clients face every day.

A multi-agency coordinated response to the opioid epidemic. CORE connects individuals at emergency departments to peer specialists, case managers, and treatment options β providing warm hand-offs and sustained follow-up to support lasting recovery.
A prevention and early intervention program for youth and young adults at risk of substance use, mental health challenges, and homelessness. Combines peer mentorship, life skills education, and family engagement to help young people build bright futures.
A community-wide suicide prevention program that trains providers, community members, and families in suicide risk recognition, intervention, and connection to care. Includes community surveys, training events, and follow-up support systems.
Specialized case management and peer support for individuals returning from incarceration. We provide pre-release planning, benefits enrollment, housing navigation, employment support, and ongoing mentorship to reduce recidivism and promote successful reintegration.
